what happens to you is very rare. Please attach an image of the error to know how to fix it. You should run the Game.exe file as shown in the following image.
Thanks for replying. "Can not open file 'C:\......\Before I Leave FULL English.rar' as archive" is the error. It won't let me get at any of the files. There are some suggestions of ways to repair this manually online, but they mostly involve downloading other programs to fix it.

You must unzip the file with the winrar program, if you don't have it, it is free.
right click on the file and then "extract here".
